Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyWorkClone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

MyWorkClone is an AI-powered email intelligence tool that connects to your Gmail and/or Outlook account to classify emails, apply labels and categories, and generate reply drafts. The Service requires a paid subscription to access.

You must have a valid Google or Microsoft account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No payment is charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly plan unless cancelled. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings — access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

The Service requires email read, compose, and label/category modification permissions to function. For Gmail, this includes read, compose, and label management scopes. For Outlook, this includes Mail.ReadWrite and MailboxSettings.ReadWrite permissions via Microsoft Graph API. MyWorkClone will never send emails on your behalf without explicit action from you. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Reply drafts and email classifications are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending. MyWorkClone is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated drafts.

You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; use it for spam or unsolicited messaging; attempt to access other users' data; or use the Service in violation of any applicable laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MyWorkClone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
