MyWorkClone ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

When you use MyWorkClone, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google or Microsoft account.
• Email data: email metadata (sender, subject, date, labels/categories) and email content from Gmail and/or Outlook for classification and draft generation. Email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
• Usage data: processing statistics, feature usage, and interaction logs.
• Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

We use your information to:

• Classify and organize your emails using AI
• Generate reply drafts in your communication style
• Create and manage Gmail labels and Outlook categories/folders
• Process subscription payments
• Improve the Service and fix bugs
• Communicate important updates about the Service

We store account metadata and processing logs. Email content is processed in-memory for AI classification and is not retained after processing. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: for authentication and Gmail access
• Microsoft OAuth: for authentication and Outlook access via Microsoft Graph API
• OpenAI: for AI-powered email classification and draft generation
• Stripe: for payment processing

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

MyWorkClone's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our use of Microsoft Graph API data complies with the Microsoft APIs Terms of Use. We only access the Outlook data necessary to provide the Service.

We do not sell, share, or use your email data for advertising.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Processing logs and statistics are retained for up to 90 days. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Gmail access through your Google account settings or Outlook access through your Microsoft account settings at any time
• Cancel your subscription and stop data processing
• Export your data upon request

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
